Candace took the boys to Incredible Pizza today, and boy did they have a blast! JC's favorite game, pictured here, was one where he had to whack a button with a padded mallet to feed a dog. JC won lots of tickets and enjoyed the pizza a lot. It won't be long before Caleb can join in on the fun too. On Wednesdays, Incredible Pizza has a special where you can get 3 hours of unlimited playtime for one price - an awesome deal. Mommy and Daddy are gonna have to take some Wednesdays off so they can take the boys!

I've been fine-tuning my "Espresso Wish List" for several weeks now, and think I've finally got it narrowed down to what I want and even have it prioritized. I'm focusing everything around a Rancilio Silvia Espresso Maker and hoping to rely on my existing Braun KM30 grinder for the time being, despite advice to the contrary. I've read several posts over at CoffeeGeek where people have gotten decent results using the KM30 by removing the plastic stopper which restricts the minimum grind level. I also have some ideas on how to convert the grinder into a doserless version with minimal modification... If I ever get around to the conversion, I'll have to post a tutorial on how it was done. Any way, here's the list for the moment:

Candace and the Boys went to the Village Inn for Easter breakfast. JC had a smiley face pancake breakfast; the pancakes had a smiley face made from sausage and whiped cream eyes. He like looking at it, but barely ate it, of course. Here's a picture of Caleb and Candace saying "Happy Easter."
